    Please note: At least in Massachusetts, licensed home inspectors are expressly PROHIBITED from giving estimates for repairs and form giving referrals for contractors or any workman. I imagine that this is true in most if not all other states.

    This seems off to me. Maximum repair estimate $25/sq ft?
    I can’t imagine the guesstimate formula bearing any sort of accurate or reliable results. There’s so much room for variance.

    Needless to say, the “what to look for” half of this video was useful.
