My guess, If I was a Guru...I'd be looking real hard at commercial short sales. Big, huge opportunity looming as $540 Billion dollars worth of commercial loans come due in the next 24 months. I expect a huge transfer of wealth to happen. So I'd be spending time on selling the picks and the shovels as well as mining my own transactions. The transactions are bigger, easier to do and the competition, for this minute is slim. Good Hunting! EAB
