How many of you people out there are making a killing with all of the Sheets, LeGrand, and Whitney courses you have bought?
Ron LeGrand said it best when he stated that information marketing has made him a fortune.

I personally believe that the real estate meltdown was the best thing that could have happened to this country.
I find it appalling that there were people who could still afford to make payments on a mortgage, and then walk away because they lost their “equity.”
I’m sorry folks, but equity isn’t cash. A house is a place to live. It’s not an ATM machine.
We need this market to correct further to reflect real estates real value.
