Why are there no one in the Chad room. I've attempted at least six different days and there is no one there. Are things this bad. Is everyone licking their wounds and not wanting to talk? I am still buying and also have a couple properties I would like to sell but no one to talk to. I will begin this week posting in our local paper and posting on local boards. Good luck to all. Bob
