It doesn't matter if you know as much about Real Estate investing as the ultimate guru, if you don't have your marketing game down right, you aren't going to get any leads. Most gurus will tell you that you need leads, but they won't tell you how to go about getting them. Not knowing how to get leads in Real Estate investing is like knowing how to race a sports car but not knowing how to get the fuel in order to make it go. Marketing is vital period.
