Robert Allen's system worked. I bought and sold 39 pieces of properties using mostly nothing down and pocketing money after we closed escrow. My downfall was not knowing when to put the brakes on when the economy turned south beginning in the late 80's. My fault not Robert Allen's. Take what you can learn from Cherif.
