I have NO idea if it would work in this case or not, but I know that there is a process known as 'mud-jacking' around here that is used to raise and level concrete. It basically looks like they use pressure to force a mixture (not sure what it's composed of, possibly a concrete mix) under the slab. Heard about it working on driveways but unsure if it would work here. Maybe something to look into if nothing else.
