Concrete slab settling...

I was shown a $55k house in a $135k neighborhood today. The property is listed with a realtor and bank owned. The problem is that this 2003 house is sloping badly. If it had a crawl space, I'd know what to do, but it is on a slab, so I'm clueless.
What needs to be done and what terms do I use to search for a professional to handle it?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
