Read everything on this site and then read the ones that tell you how to do it again. Read especially the success stories. Go and join your local Real Estate Investment Association (REIA), the non profit one and go to the meetings and network! You will learn more doing all of that than any course and maybe even a mentor, or at least educate yourself in what you need a mentor for and what to ask. Read all the free books you can get your hands on. Ask questions, especially on this site. You can do all of this for free and establish a foundation on which to build. Then go out and "just do it" as Nike says. It's up to you. You can do it if you really want to. Any questions?
