At the worst you could advise them they signed the statement, with any particulars you may have pointing out the exact date and times. Then you could tell them you will have your attorney ask for full disclosure and have it reported to the court. I am not a lawyer and do not give legal advice (disclosure) but you may be able to do this and get them off your back.
