I bought his course years ago and have emailed him for mentoring help many times and Bill was always helpful and responsive. I think the course contains some concepts that are complex for a beginner and doesn't completely walk you through the process. I've read it many, many times and think it has merit and the mentoring is real. I have other courses that spring me to action more effectively than this one had.
