What ever happened to the term "BUYER BEWARE". The buyer's have to be held accountable. If a buyer didn't fully understand what they were geting into, then that's there problem . Today we have many resources such as accountants, financial planners etc. who for a small fee would be more than happy to review and fully explain all the details of any mortgage and or real estate deal. What better way to get an unbias opinion than to pay for it. Again I say BUYER BEWARE. I for one have little to no symphany for anyone who signs their name on a legal document and doesn't know (exactly)what they are signing
