Hi, I went to the 2 hour Robert Allen real estate seminar today in Indianapolis.
Basically, they are offering a 1-year training program in buying real estate with nothing down.
I liked what they said, save one thing: they forced everyone interested to pay the 3,000 right there at the seminar. Everyone else was turned down.
This is a high-pressure sales tactic I don't like.
That said, has anyone had any experience on this seminar? Apparently, they are running them all around the country. I would love to take it, but I didn't have that money on hand at the time. It also makes me wonder who did, given that this is a workshop on teaching people to gain financial flexibility.
What other alternatives are there to this?
