Hi all,

I recently went to a free seminar by AIG for real estate. They made an excellent presentation, but the tuition is rather steep ! $4,995 that night or financed at $2,995 down and something like $37 a month. They make a good point that by changing your W4s, you can easily recoup the monthly payment & suggest that the rest of the tuition can regained in the first transaction. If you purchase the program, you get some materials up front and can start transactions right away & you have to attend a 5 day class session within 1 year. The good part is that if at the end of the 5 days you decide you aren't satisfied, you get all of your cash back.

They gave some good overview info, enough to sell me on the idea. I just can't afford to shell out that kinda cash. I was wondering if there are similar programs out that don't cost as much, but are still are very informative and well supported. I'd rather get the answers from real people trying out these things, than to blindly believe what I hear at a seminar. Thanks in advance.

-Reggie
