that Pactrust doesn't normally include title insurance. Back when I was considering Pactrust I asked about this, both at their website and and the seminar, and was told that they believe a simple review of the title report was adequate. My take was that if they were to add the cost of title insurance onto the already puffy Pactrust costs, people would be turned off, as I was.
Oh...I was also told that they have never had a problem. Man, if I could use that as a defense in court or during an IRS audit life sure would be simpler.
