Who actually does the "closing" service, NARS or an outside title company? I don't mean who presents the docs, I mean who prepares the closing statements? Whose name is on these closing statements, NARS or Stewart Title? Who collects the monthly payments? Who prepares the trust documents, the co-beneficiary agreement, the assignment of beneficial interest, the deed? Is NARS representing anyone in the transaction as a broker?
