Glad to see you're spending your valuable time discussing the intricacies of the curve on a smiley face rather than answering a simple question I posted twice in the last five days. Do you or your group of "expert" trust attorneys have any case law that has ever ruled on the issues raised by Bronchick or Hyre and in which the PACTrust was actually involved? (I would assume if the answer to the question is yes, that you will produce them for review.)
