Take another look...the "SMILEY FACE" (note giant lettering to point up the subtly asserted ludicrosity and ridiculosity factor) states: "LEAST" but perhaps "SOME" risk. It does not say "NO risk."
And beside that, the '''SMILEY FACE''' is not a smiley face at all: it has a neutral curve on the separation between the upper and lower lip (or where lips would normally go, were the figure not to be just a simple circle with 3 marks in it)...indicating "maybe so, maybe not...or "who cares?"
As far as your referring to the other symbols as lit bombs...they are not bombs either. They are farting pollywogs (and quite large enough)! OK?
See how misunderstandings can arise, even among the most knowledgeable of us (especially when at least one of us might need glasses)?
