NARS does absolutely zero closings. Period. All escrows and closings in transactions where we are involved are handled by either Stewart Title or American Title. We don't even do our own personal transactions outside of a formal escrow with one of these companies.

Precedent means more to a judicial conservative, but it is only one decision away from being overturned regardless.

Your mom was outside the room for almost the entirety of Bill's talk at the investor club meeting doing god knows what at the front table. She was helping to check people in the morning of the workshop, and then left to go get ready for her trip to Europe she was leaving on the next day. Yeah, she's pretty dialed in on the PACTrust alright and of course a fine arbiter of the complexity.

After all this diatribe I painfully remember why when I sat down and prioritized my time and my life a little while back the great satan that is these internet discussion boards suddenly couldn't get any of my time or attention.
