Bill, your comments forgot to include our same experiences in Hawaii (3-4), Arizona (1), Virginia (1) and Florida (2)...and possibly in other areas we haven't heard about (as many users of the PACTrust, once trained, do their own deals without us being involved).

And PLEASE (you've done this about ten times now), let me point out (for the nth time) that the PACTrust is not complicated for those who are exposed to it properly and who use it properly: and it's no more expensive than anything esle if you do it yourself. The only time we charge for anything is when someone would want us to provide a trustee, a collection service and a settlement agent. Ask Bud Branstetter how much he pays us for every PACTrust he does. Ask Bill Mc Kee in Oregon, ask Marty Weisberg in Florida, Jon Polokoff in Hawaii, etc. These people merely use the materials we provide and do it themselves...and we're always on hand to assist them in any way we can (for free if they don't need our trustee, escrow and collections services).

But I do fully agree with John Hyre...if it seems too diffuclt for you (that's collective...not you personally), then it is (for you). If the benefits don't appear to be there for you, then they're not (for you). At that point, you need more detail, more education, more convining or you need to do something else.

We find the protections and added benefits well worth the perceived additional complexity.
