There are several large W WA REI groups that I'd look into and possibly join, if I were you.
REAPS (REA of Puget Sound)is large and has several meetings monthly. The S Sound sub-group is meeting tonight @ City University @ Fife,WA just off I-5, at 6:30pm and visitors are welcome.
WA LL Ass'n has a huge membership and its newsletter written and published by Tim Seth in Oly, has a subscription list of >15,000 and Tim would happily mail you the last one at no cost.
Being a WA Landlord, you should be a member of this group as it is very much LL oriented and offers the WA LL many benefits.
