Hello my fellow investors. I shall keep this as short as possible. As I cannot post an ad looking for a mentor, can you provide advise in how to find one? Quite simple... I have such a strong desire to become a successful RE investor! I already own a small MH park though honestly have very little knowledge beyond having purchased it years ago. I am ready to work as hard as needed to grow my business and need someone to guide me. How do I find the right person? As mentioned by many mentors from CRE, I neeed someone who is local to me (Western WA), not looking for upfront fees, and is willing to share their ideas/advise guiding me down the right path. How do I accomplish this?? Thank you!
