Management fees for resort-type areas and condo hotels that I know of are more like 50%. DO NOT try to manage this yourself from a distance. Especially since it seems you are completely new to this. It will be a far larger headache than you think it will. These types of things are normally negative cash flow. However, if you plan to use it regularly, that's a different story. If you are looking for a pure investment, $85k can be put to a much greater return elsewhere.
