I live in Chicago and I am thinking of buying a Condo/Townhome in Kissimmee, Florida near disney. It is only 2 yrs. old and in great condition, outdoor pool, hot tub. It is being sold for 85K.
What are all the expenses and headaches associated with this?
My expenses will be mtg debt, taxes, association dues, advertising (on VRBO), and paying a cleaning person after each short term rental. Am I missing anything??
