I tell some sellers the best solution to get out of there problems too. Sometimes.
It literally comes down to if I think they will follow the advice or not and if I have the time.
The last person I helped, I told her to go to the district atty to press fraud charges on a local LL I
know - even have dinner with once in a while. Did he commit fraud...dunno. From her side, it looks like it....but there's always more than one side.I don't mind helping people, but I tell them all that I am not an atty and they should seek one.
