I think acw is in Michigan and that in MI the HOA fees stay attached to
the land/unit, similar to property taxes.
Maybe he can clear that up for us. I'm guessing that he already looked
into his state laws on this....but maybe not.
It's interesting to me how many bad condo stories there are.
