have tried to offer prop to lender with a deed in lieu lender wont accept,they want a full list of assetts and liabilities to make a decision if they will consider a short sale if i find a buyer.my gut tells me they want the list to come after things later.anyone know of something i can try before they hire an attorney and i incur more charges?have tried to sell,noones biting.not trying to make a profit.please help me times ticking
