I think that part of the wholesaler problem is that there are a lot of people trying to wholesale deals that aren't their deals. By the time you put more than one middleman in the way, there's not enough of a spread. I have people contacting me that don't know squat about the house, and they aren't even a principal in the deal. It's obvious to me that they just get info on deals and blast it out to anyone who will listen.

Maybe the joke is on me and they're all making piles of money.
