Hi Gene. I don't know what it looks like elsewhere in the country, but
in our market and the others areas in the Central Valley, over building
has to be causing vacancies. There were never enough local buyers or
2 hour commuter buyers for all the houses built in last 5 years in
Bakersfield. And it's not like we are created anything for people to
do....except build houses.
