What's interesting to me is that even at 55% LTV, your loans are still a
burden. So the real issue here isn't value of the props but the income
problem.

Is vacancy your biggest issue here? Are some units just not renting at
all? Where are you tenants going? Or are you just hitting a bad patch
of repairs and other costs plus vacancies?
