I am in the beginning stages of creating our wholesaling real estate business with a business partner....My question pertains to getting buyers...We live here in Florida and of course there is a surplus of foreclosures, abandoned, FSBO's...I am looking at having someone buy the property off of me at a discount to do the rehab....Does anyone have any helpful hints on creating a buyers list?
