When a BK court enters discharge of BK petitioner, that court will discharge the debt but normally NOT the lien on the property, whether DOT or Judgment.
Motion to Lift Stay is normally done to let the foreclosure proceed to enforce lender's deed of trust lien and regain the RE.
And if it's a final Judgment, that Judgment is going to cloud the title until its paid, even though the BK court has officially wiped out the note and debt.
