Florida is a tough State to enforce judgments because of the Homestead Laws and the costs of attaching wages.
If your judgment is on someone that owns real property and does not have a homestead exemption, then first attach your judgment against that person's name and then against the properties not homesteaded.
You can then foreclose against these properties. Last I looked, court and attorney's fees were about $1,700 and uncontested takes about 90 days. Contested with a good attorney on the property owner side, could take over a year. If the amount of your claims are very low compared to the value of the property, the judge may not allow the foreclosure. You would then have to wait until the property sold to collect your judgment.
