However, I never collected a nichel. The judgement and writ of execution will sit like a fishing line for 10 years. Collect on any? Maybe, maybe not. It was a fun learning experience though. Two did not even show up and it was big fun listening to the one who did talk in circles. I pointed that out quite clearly at every turn to the judge. I had my very own "no spin zone"!
