Hi,
I'm a newbie looking to invest in an out of state property in Dayton, Ohio that will provide cash flow of $300/mo. with a cash on cash return of 13%. Has anyone had any success in this market? Any suggestions for a new investor looking to invest in markets that are not in the backyard? Any feedback is appreciated!
