Put in an offer at 26K on a house that drop it's listing to 24,000 today, not because I am crazy but lost 3 to a bidding war already this week in this neighborhood. it is a 800-900 rent neighborhood with comps around 75-80K on the tax rolls. have 1 other pending at 31k both need about 5K
banks are a dumping now... Key to acceptance of offer is CASH CLOSING before Dec 19th! Clear out the year end books for the banks.... this is FUN and why I have been moving to cash for about 4 months!
