If you think the liberals will really swing hard left then you should be buying Entitlement properties and properties in the inner city plays and the rust belt for infrastructure improvements.

All money is green both Republican and liberal but where it flows changes.

Section 8 and elder housing, student housing (lower income colleges areas) will be subsidized for the wealth spreading of those policies. Stand up and count the cash if you can handle the tenants!
