Wholesaling REOs to landlords.
Prices are getting REALLY low where I'm at (I just picked up a 3/1 with no repairs needed for 23.5k- will rent for $650-700/month).
I'm finding lots of old timer landlords with cash who are getting back in the game now that prices have come down so low.
It's like a free for all here.
