Hmm lets think this through, has the borrower or the lender breached the mortgage agreement? Oh thats right, the BORROWER is in default and the lender is following through with the written agreement. So now the freebee seeking liberals are going to reward the defaulting party and screw the party who is actually maintaining integrity by not breaching the original agreement.
No one should be surprised that this countrys financials are collapsing, and as long as the liberals continue to inact policys and protocals that remove personal responsibility from the irresponsible, we will be unable to generate an economic harmony that is sustainable.
No one should be surprised if it happens though. For some reason its pretty easy to get somthing for nothing in the USA.
