Given the tight credit markets, weakening economy, and high inventories... What is your favorite strategy to use right now?

I really beginning Subject-to investing on pre-foreclosures and working to get the second to release the lien pennies on the dollar. which work in areas that have not fallen more than 10% from their high. No new loan needed!
And I like heavy discount REO purchases? but credit is needed!
What do you each like in your Market?
