Thanks Ken for the response. If I'm understanding you correctly, you don't set up a rehab like '123 Smith Street' as an expense account. You set it up as an asset account with all 'expenses of that asset' pulling (for lack of a better term) from the asset instead? I'm assuming it can still be set up as an expense account if one wishes, correct?
