Hi Natalie. I'm not idol material. My "strategy" becomes worth
idolizing when it can be repeated with relative consistency and ease. I
learn more all the time with each deal. But each deal is so
idiosyncratic, there seems no rhyme or reason sometimes. I'm not sure
what elements have repetition. Title and distressed properties are
where it's at for me, to be sure. But how to turn it into a machine? Not
yet sure it can be done. Kristine
