I am in Manitoba - and from the information I've rec'd from an experienced realestate investor (he's flipped 200 properties) there aren't that many serious realestate investors in my area. The housing market here seems to be quite hot at the moment - a lot of immigrants coming in, employers desperately in need of workers, etc. Now to find a way to do lease otions out here.
Would that be safer as a starter than flipping a home?
