You are kidding us right? I hope at least one of your "partners" knows a little more about real estate or running a business than this. Do any of you have any real estate or business experience? If not, and I get the feeling none of you do, then you need to learn from a seasoned investor or one who has been around the block a time or two. Sir, if you learned anything from the Creonline Seminar then you would know personal relationships are vital in business. You scratch someone's back they are more likely to scratch yours. You mention Karma, giving someone leads without asking for a commission or fee is good karma, correct? Take Stan's advice and give the leads you create to someone who may be able to help you in the future, such as one who deals with forclosures, etc. Do you homework and find a partner who has some real estate experience. If all your partners have zero experience then it will be the blind leading the blind. Do yourself a favor and be looking for new partners or add one who has some business/real estate knowledge.... everyone needs to be bringing something to the table. But kudos to you for asking questions on here, this is a great place to learn. But find a partner who is currently investing in your market. It will do you a world of good!
