You can try to get a Business LOC with a personal guarantee, but I tried that with Wells, BofA and WAMU without any success. My FICO is 754 - 798, and they still wanted 2 years in business.
You can also try to get a personal line of credit, which may be more successful if you have been in the same job a couple of years. If you go the personal route, you may also want to look at credit unions.
