The paperwork you will require:
(1) LLC Articles (the papers you filed showing that they have been approved by the County - bring the original and a copy for their files)
(2) EIN assignment from the IRS (again, an original to show and a copy for them)With a brand new LLC using either BofA, Wells, WAMU or Wachovia you can expect that they will open the following types of accounts: checking, savings, credit card. What you will not get until the companies have been in business for 2+ years is a business line of credit. You could ask them about an SBA loan, however, as these are specific to new businesses or business expansion.
