Once you set up you LLC. and you go to Wells Fargo or Bank of America, what do you take with you as far as the corporate paper work, and who do you ask for, or what dept?
What sort of questions do you ask?
What can I expect as far as the business credit line. What can I spend it on? Can I spend it on down payments for the property or is there restriction on what you can spend it on?
I am going to do rehabs, if that is important to know.
