On friday I only went to breakfast and had 20 min. of Dwan's presentation of being left by her husband with a small child, trying various jobs until she got into rehabbing and her now husband being a stud (Isn't there a country song in there somewhere? ) and I didn't feel that this was improving my real estate knowledge in a positive way, so I left and decided to come back to SFO where a great,great, great list was waiting for me. One that I'd been trying to get for months and months.
