If you were at the Dealmaker's forum on thursday night, there was a guy that presented his deal with a large victorian that's 11 units, a commercial property and a sfh with cottage in back as package deal. He mentioned that the wood floors are painted with flat paint. That was me who said that in all my houses my floors had been painted and all he needs to do is sand them and they'll be great.
