I did not find NC to be a good cash flow area but only looked at Raleigh and Charlotte areas. I like San Antonio, but have heard East TX is excellent. I think Austin, Houston and Dallas are more difficult to make cash flow without a large down payment. I also like Colorado Springs, But for legal support for the owner, AZ is the best, especially if you have to go to court.
